The Request Forms module allows creating and publishing custom intake/requests forms that can easily be distributed to the public (people now using GoodDay) or your team members. When a request form is submitted, a new task will be created and all the request form data will be attached to this task.
There are many ways you can use request forms, for example:
- Marketing - creative materials request
- IT - technical support ticket, new hardware request
- Development - bug report, new product feature
- HR - new hire, PTO request
- Office - supplies request
