Improved Performance

All views have received significant performance improvements, ensuring smooth operation and faster load times for complex and large projects with over 5,000 tasks. These enhancements are designed to handle the demands of extensive data and intricate workflows, providing a seamless experience for users managing substantial projects.

Enhanced Inline Editing

The inline editing user experience has been improved. Now, all editable fields are highlighted with a dashed box when you mouse over a cell or value, making it easier to identify editable areas. Additionally, fields that can have no value now feature a reset value button for quick and easy data management.

Enhanced Summarization

Managing number-based fields, such as estimates, story points, and time reported, is now simpler and more intuitive. When a record in a list is collapsed, it displays the summarized value for itself and all its children. When expanded, it shows only its own value. Additionally, mousing over a record provides detailed information, including both its own value and the summarized values of its children.

Improved Navigation

The controls bar has been refined, featuring new controls such as display settings and quick search, and better alignment with other views. Additionally, the "More" menu now provides quick access to commonly used functions such as column management, export, help, and others.

Quick Search

Quick Search has been added to all views, allowing you to quickly find records by name or other text fields. This enhancement streamlines the process of locating specific information, saving you time and effort.

Expenses Module Support

Starting from version 6.5, all Table, List, and Board views support the Expenses module, allowing you to easily register and track expenses. This feature ensures that you can maintain a detailed record of all financial aspects related to your projects and tasks, providing better oversight and management of your budgets.

Shared Views

The UI for shared Table and List views has been enhanced to better match the look and feel of the in-application views. This improvement ensures a consistent and intuitive user experience across different views.

Remove All Columns

With one click, you can now remove all columns in any List or Table view from the view Preferences or the "More" menu.

Display Settings

The Table and List views now come with a Display Settings control, similar to the Board view. This control allows you to toggle various visibility options, such as hiding empty folders, subfolder tasks, and bulk actions, without going to view preferences. This enhancement provides greater customization and control over your workspace, helping you focus on what matters most and decluttering your view for a more streamlined experience.
