Project History NEW

Project History is a new feature that automatically tracks all changes and updates made to a project. It provides seamless access to the entire history through a flexible timeline view, with advanced filtering options that allow you to see changes by specific field, user, or within a specified date range. This feature is crucial for maintaining project transparency and ensuring everyone is informed, making it easier to trace changes, understand project progress, and improve team collaboration.

Portfolio IMPROVEMENTS

The Portfolio module update introduces a range of new fields, including estimated labor cost, estimated service cost, and total task estimates, among others. Additionally, you can now generate automatic portfolios based on a parent project, such as aggregating all projects within designated folders.

Time Reporting Summary NEW

We've recently unveiled a new report, the Project Reporting Summary, designed to enhance your project tracking experience. With this feature, monitoring users' time reports and work progress becomes effortless and convenient. Simply select your preferred view, time period, and users whose time reports you wish to access, along with the specific information required. Generate comprehensive reports to stay informed about your entire team's activities and progress.

Meetings List IMPROVEMENTS

The updated Meetings view introduces a refined design, accompanied by support for automatic data synchronization. Enhanced meeting cards now prominently feature project details, action item progress, participant lists, and additional pertinent information.

Customer Portal: Limited Access NEW

The Customer Portal Limited Access feature enables you to customize the tasks visible to customers within the custom portal. Simply select customer users in the CRM contacts field to define their access.

Workload CSV Export NEW

The latest update allows you to export data in CSV format from your workload view. Customize your export by selecting a time range, data sampling interval, and choose between Summary or By Task export mode.
