Customer Portal NEW

We are proud to release the new module that will take your customer experience to the next level - GoodDay Customer Portal! Now you can invite your customers into your projects and give them access to selected views and data. Also, customers will be able to comment on existing tasks and collaborate with your team via the Project Discussions module. And, there is even more great news - customer users are free of charge and do not count towards the number of users you have under your GoodDay license.

Instant work with invited users NEW

From now on, when you invite a new team member, you can instantly start adding them to projects, assigning tasks, etc. without waiting for them to accept your invitation to GoodDay.

User Info IMPROVEMENTS

We have significantly improved the user management screen which now is available under the User → Info tab. Also, UX improvements have been made on the organization’s users management page.

System Logs NEW

The new Logs section, available within the Organization Settings, provides insight on tasks created via email and also on task replies, making it easier to troubleshoot email integrations.
